However, it's important to note that boxed bikes incur significant shipping costs due to their size. We strongly recommend that you carefully consider your decision before purchasing a bike. We can only accept free returns and exchanges for quality-related issues.

Ordinary Return/Exchange Policy

On regular days, after you receive your order, Cubsala provides a 30-day unconditional free return and exchange service for products with quality defects. This includes a free return label. If a return or exchange is necessary for other reasons, a restocking fee of 15% of the order amount will be charged. We also require that returned products are in their original condition as received. Make sure that the items are undamaged and include all original packaging, manuals, warranty cards, and accessories before requesting a return or exchange in this situation. 
Please be aware that for returns and exchanges requested after 30 days, we won't accept them unless they are related to quality issues.

Cubsala is committed to offering the best return and exchange service to every customer. If, unfortunately, you encounter a situation that falls beyond the 30-day period and the items are still undamaged, including all original packaging, manuals, warranty cards, and accessories, we will accept the return. However, we reserve the right to charge for any wear and tear or damage resulting from improper use, misassembly, missing parts, or accidents. Clearance Products Return/Exchange Policy

Clearance products are unique and offered at significantly reduced prices due to their special nature. Therefore, all sales of clearance products are considered final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges for these items. Please rest assured that each clearance product undergoes rigorous quality checks to ensure it meets our standards. If approved, we will process your full refund or exchange within 1-3 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment and may take approximately 5-7 business days to appear in your account.
